Palak paratha dough is made by combining whole wheat flour with finely chopped or pureed spinach (palak), a pinch of salt, and optional spices like cumin or garam masala. Gradually add water to form a soft dough. You can also add a bit of oil or ghee for softness. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest for 15-20 minutes before rolling it into parathas.
